Stone patios need care, just as do indoor floors.

We will pressure wash your patio to give it a good cleaning, and then seal it the second day if requested. The impregnating sealant deters the build up of algae and mold. The duration of patio sealant depends upon the elements of nature; usually 2-3 years. In cases in which your stone doesn’t receive direct sunlight or rain, you can get up to 5 years or more before needing to reseal.

Outdoor temperatures need to be 50 degrees or higher before we will apply sealer to your patio surfaces. Luckily we live in Texas, so more often than not, we can do it when you’re ready! 🙂
